Don’t Be Afraid To Try New Things

I embarked on my woodworking journey in February 2024, aiming to craft unique cutting boards, charcuterie boards, and more. I believed that to create distinctive products, employing equally unique tools would be beneficial.

Thanks to resources like Facebook Marketplace, I acquired some excellent equipment that significantly impacted my work. After obtaining a Craftsman radial arm saw and a jointer at no cost, I commenced the building process. Along the way, I collected various sanders, a table saw, a router, a planer, and a drill press, which simplified the creation of my products. I avoided taking out a business loan or investing heavily in top-tier equipment and materials. The acquisition of new tools, ample wood supplies, and a spacious workshop will come in time.

The joy of crafting new items from different woods and witnessing customers' reactions is immensely fulfilling. It's a reminder that if you're eager to try something new, you should boldly pursue it.
